Claire was born September 10, 1977. She grew up in Roslyn, NY. She has one older brother Ben, who lives in New York City with his wife Dahlia and two children, Jackie and Michael. Claire graduated from the George Washington University with a degree in Sociology. Claire joined the NYC Teaching Fellows Program, earned her masters degree in education, and is now a special education teacher for emotionally disturbed children. She has been working at the Robert F. Kennedy middle school for five years.
Claire enjoys hanging out with friends, seeing live music, and just having fun. She loves hiking with Mike and Scarlet, watching crappy reality tv, reading, writing and learning. Claire also loves to people watch.
Michael was born December 25, 1975. He grew up in East Meadow, NY. He has one younger brother David, who works and lives in New York City. Mike graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a degree in Finance. He worked as an accountant for many years. Mike was able to leverage his prior experiences, and became a management consultant. Currently, Michael works as a Senior Manager for Arc Partners, Inc., a Financial Services & IT Consulting firm based in NYC.
Michael enjoys hanging out with friends, spending time with his dog Scarlet and taking long walks with Claire and Scarlet. He is also addicted to reality television, and loves 24, Lost and The Office. Michael likes watching all genres of movies and going to see live music. Many hours and dollars have been spent enjoying live music in NYC and along the east coast with Claire and his friends.
Mackenzie was born December 3, 2009. She is growing up in New York City, on the upper east side. Mackenzie is said to look more like her mommy than daddy, but time will tell :-)
Mackenzie enjoys solid foods, tormenting Scarlet and repeating everything you say. Her specialties include Animal Noises, High Fives and Big Wet Kisses. She loves to walk around the neighborhood with Mommy and Daddy, going to the park and hanging out with her best bud Noah.
